Job Duties
• Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of clerks involved in the supply chain process, including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing beauty products.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventories, oversee purchasing transactions with suppliers, and coordinate product preparation for distribution and delivery schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and security protocols, and relevant industry regulations, contributing to process improvements as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, shipments, and customer service, implementing corrective measures to enhance efficiency.
• Train staff on supply chain processes, company procedures, and job responsibilities.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and materials to ensure seamless inventory management and distribution of beauty products, while coordinating the maintenance of logistics systems and related equipment to support efficient operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff when required and step into operational roles during peak times to support workflow.
