We are currently searching for one Supply Chain Supervisor.
Duties:
● Plan, Organize & oversee operational logistics of the organization
● Develop specific plans related to inventory management to prioritize urgent fulfillment needs
● Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
● Ensure proper configuration of hardware based on customer requirements
● Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment, database, and server.
● Create/delete/modify Database on Company’s internal server.
● Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
● Weekly demand planning analysis prior to purchase orders
● Accept and organize all RMAs
● Conduct performance reviews
● Co-ordinate, assign and review work
● Coordinate with supplier drop shipment of hardware directly to the customer
● Organize and maintain inventory
● Resolve all Customs related issues and clear all shipments.
● Compile orders and instructions received from customers
● Business Fulfillment Analysis: Prepare and submit reports
Applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive telematics transportation experience.
You will be required to train apprentices.

● 1 to 2 people
● Purchasing and inventory clerks
Computer and technology knowledge:
● Inventory control software
● Purchasing software
● Human resources software
● Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
● MS Excel
Work Location:

Terms of Employment:
● Permanent Position/35 hours per week
Hours of Work:
● From Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
Language of work:
● English
Requirements:
● 2-3 years of work experience in the telematics industry is a must
● Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related
● Customs Clearance Experience is also a must
● Deep knowledge of GPS devices and Asset Trackers
● Knowledge in Server and Database configuration/setup
● Hardware setup and software configuration
Salary:
From CAD $28.39 to CAD $30.00, depending on your work experience
