Job Description:
Supply Chain Specialist
• Position is available in Dublin, GA
Job Duties
• Determine optimal procurement, sourcing, and inventory control strategies to ensure optimal supply chain operations for Hwashin Georgia Corporation
• Analyze and interpret logistics data about sourcing strategies, distribution management, transportation costs, backorders, and deliveries
• Monitor and track the flow of inventory using the MES and SAP ERP software system
• Communicate with ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, and other transportation providers to verify schedules, rates, and tracking information from origin to final delivery
• Prepare logistics reports on performance measures and recommend improvements for existing processes
• Revise logistics processes based on cost estimates and demand forecasts for company products in their respective markets
• Monitor industry standards, practices, and economic trends to make changes to the company’s logistics planning and strategies
• Study supply forecast data, vendor availability, and effectiveness of payment systems
• Collaborate with other functional departments of the company, such as finance, marketing, production, etc., to coordinate supply chain procedures, planning, etc.

Experience Requirement
• Two (2) years of experience in any logistics or supply chain management job
