Supply Chain Specialist

Job Duties:

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing costs of solar modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions and ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage the entire inventory cycle using raw material inventory simulations to monitor inventory balance and coordinate the PR/PO process with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by assessing the economic advantages of adopting new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and digital tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to monitor production changes and align key production indices (cycle time, productivity, etc.).
• Implement and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, particularly by integrating advanced manufacturing technologies and digital tools.
• Conduct daily and monthly production variance analyses to identify deviations and develop actionable plans to optimize production.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery specifications.
• Track the schedule of raw material R&D projects with the NPI team and evaluate their cost-saving impact, etc.
