Job Description:
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Plan and manage inventory levels for automotive components, including EGR coolers, Nano coolers, and gaskets, to support OEM production schedules
• Operate the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to execute materials requirement planning (MRP), process inbound and outbound transactions, and maintain master data integrity
• Administer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions with OEM customers and suppliers, including delivery releases, advance shipping notices (ASNs), and invoice transmissions
• Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system
• Coordinate inbound logistics from Korens Korea and domestic suppliers, and outbound delivery schedules to OEM customers under just-in-time (JIT) requirements
• Monitor and reconcile inventory data in real time, and conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Analyze and adjust reorder points, safety stock levels, and order timing based on demand forecasts
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and warehouse activities
• Prepare ERP-based reports on inventory, shipments, and supplier performance, and track KPIs including on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory accuracy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (in a related field preferred) AND minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with EDI transactions preferred
