Supply Chain Operations Analyst Job

Santos Agency Inc. located in San Leandro, CA seeks a Supply Chain Operations Analyst

• Analyze data to spot trends and areas for improvement across supply chain and operations.
• Develop and maintain models, forecasts, and metrics for decision making.
• Collaborate with different teams to manage inventory and ensure on time product delivery. Streamline processes to cut costs and enhance efficiency.
• Implement automation where feasible to boost operational performance.
• Track key metrics including inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Support strategic projects including network optimization and new product launches.
• Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations.
• Attend meetings to provide insights and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation.
• Work with data analysis tools (Excel, power bi), supply chain software, and ERP systems (SAP & ODOO); work with supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and process optimization; and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven observations.

Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, Business Analytics or equivalent with 6 months in job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, Business Analytics or equivalent with 24 months in Job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Experience to include: working with data analysis tools (Excel, power bi), supply chain software, and ERP systems (SAP & ODOO); working with supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and process optimization; and interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven observations
