Job Description:
21 Century Trading Ltd. is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
Title: Supply Chain Manager
Employer: 21 Century Trading Ltd.
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 50.00 – CAD 53.00 per hour
Working hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay, extended benefits after 6 months

Requirements
• Completion of a university degree in business program is required
• Master of Business Administration is asset
• 5 years of related work experience in perishable products are required
Main Duties:
• Oversee and manage all supply chain operations within the organization
• Develop and implement supply chain policies and procedures, while managing the department’s budget
• Identify and assess potential and existing value chain providers
• Analyze costs and evaluate the quality of supply chain
• Supervise contract negotiations
• Collaborate on the development of warehouse management system and trucking management system
• Handle and resolve disputes and process claims as necessary
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure departmental efficiency and performance
