Job Title: Supply Chain Director
Job Overview:
As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the company's overall supply chain strategy and operations management, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain to support the company's business goals. You will lead the supply chain team to optimize processes, reduce costs, improve service levels, and work closely with various departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the company's overall business goals.
Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop response plans.
Supply Chain Management:
Supervise inventory management, procurement, production planning, logistics and distribution to ensure efficient operations.
Optimize supply chain processes and seek opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
Team Management:
Lead and develop the supply chain team and cultivate the professional skills and leadership capabilities of team members.
Set department goals and monitor team performance to ensure that goals are achieved.
Supplier Management:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure timely supply and quality control of materials.
Perform supplier evaluation and performance monitoring to optimize supplier portfolio.
Cross-departmental collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, production and other departments to ensure accurate matching of demand and supply.
Provide data analysis and forecasting support to help management make informed decisions.
Data analysis and reporting:

Use data analysis tools to monitor supply chain performance indicators and prepare various supply chain reports.
Conduct in-depth analysis of problems and propose improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, background in supply chain management, logistics management, industrial engineering or related majors.
More than 5 years of supply chain management experience, more than 3 years of team management experience.
Familiar with supply chain operation processes and related tools, with good data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Possess project management skills, agile or lean management experience is preferred.
Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
