• Coordinate the supply chain and logistics activities for the manufacturing of automotive parts such as seats, headrests, and armrests.
• Maintain a logistics operations database, entering and updating information as needed to support effective supply chain management.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations within the supply chain, leveraging basic communication and coordination skills.
• Identify common issues in supply chain processes and report these to senior management for resolution, following established company guidelines and standards.
• Support the scheduling and planning of logistics to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts, under supervision.
• Help gather and analyze basic logistics data under the direction of more experienced staff, to contribute to performance assessments based on key metrics.
• Assist in interpreting logistics data, preparing simple reports that provide insights into supply chain operations.
• Support the review of operational procedures such as distribution strategies and inventory management, offering suggestions for improvements based on observed outcomes.
• Assist in coordinating transportation methods to optimize costs and ensure secure delivery, under the guidance of more experienced logistics personnel.

Associate Degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or materials management in manufacturing industry.
