Job Description:

Supply Chain Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:

• Create reports tracking inventory valuation, purchasing receipts, cost of goods sold, and in-transit inventory by developing all the necessary tools, resources, and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

• Create reports to assist Sales with tracking vendor contracts, costs and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements through tracking of KPI’s with the help of ERP system Great plains Microsoft Dynamics.
• Configures applications as necessary and implements new software features within ERP and project management systems.
• Communicate and coordinate with customer management team and suppliers to ensure on time and accurate product deliveries by understanding supply chain lead times and potential delays.
• Build relationships with suppliers and create purchase plans to fulfill our customer’s needs with the help of project management tools such as Microsoft planner and develops a risk register to identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations.
• Working with QA and suppliers to identify and obtain necessary documentation when onboarding new customers.
• Develop and implement vendor supply chain SOPs/policies within the team to improve costs, organization, compliance, processes, and efficiency by challenging the status quo and identifying and executing continuous process improvement.
• Support long-term Vendor Supply Chain strategies by working beyond daily routine and in partnership with business to enable business growth. Lead or participate in specific projects to increase operational efficiency.
• Receiving orders into GP platform and keep a good cost of goods control system; by timely and accurately allocating all costs and landed costs to inventory by product to ensure the company has a correct inventory valuation and timely disclosure of profit and loss.
• Support Supply Chain Lead and Director of Operations to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings by acting proactively and as a change agent. Assists in designing the best logistics methodology for the project.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management.
