Supply Chain Analyst Job

Summary: Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. Responsible for assembling data, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support supply chain management planning and operations. Supports Supply Chain leadership initiatives to improve quality, cost, delivery and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's Degree (preferred).


• 2+ years of inventory planning, inventory analysis, inventory forecasting, supply chain analysis or planning, distribution planning, or a similar function, preferably in healthcare.


• Good understanding of hospital supply chain operations preferred.


• Strong analytical skills specifically around analyzing historical trends, data mining, and handling large datasets using Infor/Lawson, Microsoft Excel, Macros, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, SQL, Access, or Tableau.


• Detail oriented and high-energy, with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong initiative and minimal guidance. Excellent written and oral skills.


• Work across departments and have the ability to see the "big picture."

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems, preferably Infor/Lawson.
