Job Description:
A Supply Chain Analyst is needed in Dadeville, Alabama.
• Monitor daily supply chain management operations for manufacturing of automotive parts, such as induction systems, reservoir tanks, cockpit module, plastic engineered interior parts, and blackout tapes.
• Analyze company’s business operations including logistics and supply chain process to identify reoccurring problems or need for changes and coordinate development of proper supply chain & logistics solutions.
• Develop logistics and supply chain management schedules and plans to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Record and maintain databases of logistics information to improve daily activities.
• Analyze and interpret materials management information based on availability, dependabil-ity, maintainability, supply chain management, supplier management and transportation.
• Evaluate logistics data to examine the flow of incoming and outgoing inventories of auto-mobile components to increase accuracy of the logistics and supply chain systems and to de-crease inconsistency in stock.
• Examine and coordinate advanced transportation processes and methods to increase delivery service levels, maintain efficiency, and minimize the cost of delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in any field of study) and 2 years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
