Supervisor Security Guard Job

Term of Employment: Full-Time Permanent Position (37-40 hours per week)

Work Location: Various Locations

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review activities of security guards.
• Evaluate, access, and analyze the performance of the security guards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Conduct briefings with Security Guards for special coverage assignments.
• Train new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Resolve work-related problems or issues.
• Prepare and submit shift reports for multiple sites.
• Patrol several sites to ensure site safety and a security guard is on site.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with management.
• Cover No Shows on sites as and when required.
• Proactively respond and resolve emergencies and conflicts.

• Completion of High School would be an asset.
• 6+ months of experience in the occupation would be preferred.
• Have open availability and be able to work on weekends and on-call.
