Supervisor - Retail
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assign duties and responsibilities to team members ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
• Supervise and train sales staff and report on performance
• Assist the management team in leading the team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor and maintain inventories and prepare reports on sales and merchandising
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges of merchandise
• Handle customer issues and communicate escalated issues to management
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Other duties as required by management
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• 3+ years’ experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once
• Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Some work activities will occur after normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends
