Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 30 hours per week
Location of Work: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Wage: $30.16 per Hour

Responsibilities
• Coordinate, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff engaged in the distribution of technical parts.
• Perform the same duties as the employees being supervised as required.
• Provide training and guidance to staff supervised on job duties and workplace procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations of supervised employees as required.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and ensure compliance across operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain the efficient functioning of computer systems and equipment and facilitate timely maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the distribution of technical parts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities described.
• Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and
meet deadlines.
• Completion of post-secondary education is strongly preferred.
