Supervisor- Meat Packing Job

We are looking for a Meat Packing Supervisor for our facility based in Port Coquitlam, BC .

JOB DUTIES

•Supervise staff activities
•Make staff schedules and coordinate activities of products
•Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish a method for smooth deliver of work
•Resolve work related issues of team members pertaining but not limited to work schedules, productivity, quality check etc.
•Order supplies and materials
•Train new staff on job duties, safety policies and procedures
•Prepare reports for management (as needed)
•Maintain a smooth workflow
•Train existing staff to ensure product quality
•Conduct quality checks on a regular basis
