Supervisor, Full-Time (Ohio Turnpike Wyandot Hardees) Job

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Food Service Supervisor at the Ohio Turnpike Wyandot Hardees in Genoa, OH.

The pay for this position is $19.00/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train and guide other team members on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.


• Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions


• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures


• Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs


• Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels


• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, team members, etc.


• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred


• Previous food service experience required


• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision


• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills


• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs


• Weekends and Holidays are required
