Job Description:
F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 36.00/hr for 30 hours. Vacancy - 1.
Seeking a qualified person who can coordinate with various clients, supervise staff, and manage accounting services. Oversee work assigned to accounting clerks and bookkeepers while performing work at the office and client sites. Prepare and implement policies and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency. Ensure accounts and financial information is verified, recorded, and processed accurately. Ensure the safety and security of equipment and client files. Establish a work schedule and monitor performance. Ongoing coordination with clients to obtain documents and payments. Prepare and submit reports to management on the outcome of services rendered. Work with government agencies to meet clients' accounting and financial requirements.
