Wages: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week;
Overtime wage: $54.90 per hour after 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 4739 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2K8 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:
• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant carpentry and supervisory experience
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Supervise workers and oversee carpentry projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Train or arrange for training of staff
• Estimate costs and materials for projects
• Set up equipment as required
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
• Recommend personnel actions
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
