Job Description:
Niagara Auto Electric & Complete Service Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead Supervisor for their automotive repair and service shop to oversee daily operations within our automotive service centre. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to technicians and support staff, coordinate workflow, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

This position is ideal for an individual with prior experience in an automotive repair environment who is ready to take on a supervisory role and contribute to the continued success of our business.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of technicians and service personnel.
- Assign work tasks and assist with scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to company procedures.
- Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and industry best practices.
- Train, mentor, and support staff in workplace procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate work activities with management to meet customer and operational demands.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
- Requisition or arrange procurement of materials and equipment as required.
- Address workflow, operational, and service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records related to scheduling, inventory, and operational activities.
- Support management in achieving productivity, safety, and customer service objectives.

Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an automotive service, repair, or related environment.
- Previous supervisory, lead hand, or team leadership experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Languages: English.
