Job Duties:
Schedule events, programs and activities
Schedule work
Monitor quality and production levels
Prepare and submit progress and other reports
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Job requirements:
Languages: English
Experience/Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking and Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Team player, Excellent Oral Communication, Excellent written communication, Organized
