Sunfire Protection Ltd. is seeking a F/T Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor
Position Info:
• Position: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.68~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 608 Madore Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3A9
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Oversee and supervise the activities of light duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and prepare work schedule
• Hire and provide training for cleaning staff
• Ensure that sites or facilities adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
• Recommend or suggest supplementary maintenance services
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
Job requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
