Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate retail store operations to ensure efficient business performance and consistent service standards
• Develop operational plans and evaluate store performance to improve productivity and sales results
• Supervise retail employees, delegate responsibilities, and ensure daily tasks are completed effectively
• Analyze consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Make decisions regarding product selection, inventory requirements, and merchandise purchasing
• Develop and execute promotional initiatives and marketing plans to increase customer engagement and sales
• Prepare operational budgets, monitor sales revenue and expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
• Assess staffing needs, participate in employee recruitment, and oversee staff training and development
• Address customer concerns, operational challenges, and inventory-related issues to maintain service quality
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to improve individual and team performance
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the retail or wholesale industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
