Stucco Plasterers Foreman Job

Versatile Siding Solutions is looking for a Full-Time Stucco Plasterers Foreman (NOC 72014)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule stucco plasterers, apprentices, helpers, and labourers on the job site.
• Assign daily work, coordinate activities with other trades and subcontractors, and ensure schedules are met.
• Train workers in stucco/plastering techniques, job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve job-site issues and recommend improvements to productivity and work quality.
• Determine and requisition required materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Recommend hiring and promotion of workers as required.
• Apply, level, smooth, and finish plaster and stucco using trowels, floats, brushes, and spraying equipment.
• Apply stucco to exterior building surfaces to create weather-resistant finishes.
• Finish corners, angles, joints, and decorative textures as required.
• Cure freshly plastered and stuccoed surfaces.
• Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, mouldings, and trim.
• Apply acoustic materials and textured finishes to walls and ceilings.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the trade (stucco plasterer or lather)
• Must be reliable and be able to train other plasterers
• Language in the workplace is English

• $38.50 per hour, 30 hours per week
