Structural Design Engineer (Entry Level Position)
Who We Are
We are a client-focused structural design and engineering firm serving development and construction markets across multiple states, including the NY-Metro area, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida.
The Opportunity
Our team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking talented Entry-Level Structural Design Engineers for our location in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Passion for structures and architecture
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork abilities
Your Impact
Perform structural design of new buildings.
Analyze and design superstructures and foundations in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry.
Utilize the latest technology and digital tools for structural design.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
0 to 1 year of relevant post-education experience
Prior internship, leadership, or relevant coursework experience
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
Detail-oriented approach
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
Recent graduate (or May 2025 graduate) from a Civil, Architectural, Structural Engineering, or related program
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
Experience with design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, or other structural modeling tools
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $60k–$70k
Basic vision, dental, life insurance, and commuter benefits provided
Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to commute to the job location
1+ years of experience with AutoCAD
Ability to start immediately
Authorized to work in the United States
1+ year of design services experience
