Storm Restoration Sales Rep – No Desk Job, Fast Career Growth Job

This is a field-based role where you’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, offer free roof inspections, and set appointments for our roofing specialists. No prior sales experience? No problem — we’ll train you step by step and provide the support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in Ocala, FL and surrounding neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners about storm damage and roofing needs
- Offer free roof inspections (no pressure selling)
- Schedule appointments for roofing specialists
- Track your activity with the Enzy mobile app
- Stay connected with your team via WhatsApp

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Must own a smartphone (for Enzy app & communication)
Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred but Not Required:
Customer service or sales experience
Experience in roofing, construction, or canvassing
Leadership or team-building experience

Training & Growth:
No experience required, training provided
Training is unpaid, but you can start earning commissions right away
Many new team members earn $500–$1,000 in their first week just by showing up and hustling
