Store Supervisor Job

Superbud Cannabis located at 2980 Island Highway N Suite 580A Nanaimo, British Columbia V9T 5V4 requires one Full time/ Permanent Store Supervisor to join operations immediately. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.

Job Duties:
•Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff
•Assign duties and responsibilities to sales employees
•Recruit, train, and guide new and existing employees on sales procedures, product knowledge, customer service standards, and store policies.
•Prepare and manage employee work schedules
•Monitor inventory levels, coordinate merchandise orders, and ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed.
•Address customer inquiries and complaints, resolve service-related issues, and handle product shortages or other operational concerns.
•Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales performance, inventory, merchandising activities, and staffing matters.
•Monitor the performance of sales employees, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with established workplace procedures
•Oversee daily merchandising activities and coordinate with staff to maintain an organized, clean, and customer-friendly environment.

Education: High school completion is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $38.50 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation pay.
