Job Description:
Primary Duties:
- Plan and assess the establishment of new stores.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the store operations.
- Address staffing requirements, including hiring, training, development, and staff retention.
- Manage staff and assign duties; conduct performance reviews
- Conduct market research and trends to determine consumer preference, potential sales volumes, and competitors’ impact.
- Determine strategies for promotion, store membership, and credit policies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues.
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
- Oversee payroll administration
Experience:
- Proven minimum 5 years' experience as a store manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
- Proficient in handling financial transactions.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new employees.
