The Wine Outlet is hiring a Store Manager in Vienna, VA to oversee daily operations at a locally owned wine and specialty food shop.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop retail staff teams
Manage inventory, merchandising and daily operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales and support store goals
Maintain vendor and distributor relationships
Ensure compliance with alcohol sales regulations
Requirements:
3–7 years of retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with POS and inventory systems
Weekend availability required
Must be 21+ years old
Salary & Benefits:
$60K–$90K salary
