- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all services, including massages and nail care, meet the company’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer demand and industry trends, adjusting services and offerings accordingly to stay competitive and maximize sales potential.
- Manage the procurement and negotiation of spa supplies, including massage oils, skincare, and nail care products, while overseeing inventory to ensure balanced stock levels.
- Lead and supervise the team, assigning duties, training new hires, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Create and oversee financial plans, approve spending, and track income and costs to achieve financial targets while ensuring the business remains profitable.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests, handling complaints, and continuously improving the overall spa experience to increase client loyalty.
