Hours: Mon-Fri, 30 hours based per week on schedule;
We are an Authorized Dealer for Telus, having multiple locations among the Greater Vancouver Area. We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team.
Duties:
• Oversee the daily retail operations of the store, ensuring smooth delivery of wireless products nd services in accordance with Telus’ authorized dealer standards.
• Provide leadership to sales associates by organizing work schedules, setting performance expectations, and offering on-the-job guidance to maximize productivity.
• Monitor local market activity, customer buying patterns, and competitor promotions to adjust sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
• Decide on product mix and service offerings best suited to the store’s customer base, while administering store policies relating to pricing and payment options.
• Coordinate with Telus corporate teams and approved suppliers to secure merchandise, negotiate order terms when necessary, and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Design and roll out in-store promotional events, community outreach, and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Prepare and control operational budgets, track revenue performance, and authorize store expenditures in line with business objectives.
• Ensure a high standard of customer care by resolving service issues, responding to escalated concerns, and continuously improving the customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, inventory flow, and store performance, and provide regular reports to senior management for review.

• Completion of a post-secondary degree.
• 2 years of supervisory or related intermediate level work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to hire and train new employees.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, good customer service skills.
