Store Manager Job

Job duties:
1)Plan and oversee the store operations.
2)Manage and train store employees, and assign duties.
3)Create protocols to protect the store, including theft management.
4)Adhere to health and safety protocols and policies.
5)Study market trends and competitors’ situations to determine product demands and potential sales volumes.
6)Propose to the management to adjust merchandise to be sold and price policies.
7)Develop and implement marketing strategies.
8)Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues.
9)Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
10)Report to management about staffing issues, and hire and retain staff.
11)Oversee inventory by working closely with vendors

Requirement:
1)Minimum 1-year of retail experience in a managerial position.
2)Completion of secondary school.
3)Strong supervisory ability.
