Store manager - retail Job

Pyramid Wireless Inc. located at 3170 Tillicum Rd, 67, Victoria, BC, V9A 7C5 urgently requires one permanent & full time Store Manager - Retail. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.

Job Duties:
• Oversee sales activities and set performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the store revenue.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Manage & hire staff as per business needs.
• Plan & direct business operations of sales department.
• Prepare and conduct employee’s performance evaluations.
• Maintain store inventory and authorize orders of supplies as needed.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages and implement strategies to improve customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Number of positions: 1
Wage: $41.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay.
