Duties:

To plan, direct and evaluate the operations of store,
Manage staff and assign duties,
Meet customers and analyze market requirements, trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operations on sales,
Determine, implement price changes, and credit policies,
Develop and implement marketing strategies,
Plan budgets and authorize expenditure for petty cash and maintenance etc.,
Resolve customer complaints,
Determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Minimum education as completion of Secondary School.

Experience: Minimum experience of two years or more as store supervisor is required.

Job details

Salary: $42.00/hr for 30 to 40 hours per week

Overtime: After 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
