We are looking for a Store Manager - retail to work at Shell Gas Station located in Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the gas station and convenience store.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule store staff; assign daily duties and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Maintain inventory levels; authorize ordering and return of merchandise.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports related to sales, inventory, and staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints or operational issues.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and authorize payments in accordance with company policy.

Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school.
- 3 + years of supervisory experience in related retail or wholesale sales experience are required.

Working Conditions.
Wage: $43.50 per hour
Working hour: 30 - 40 hours a week and 5.77% of vacation pay
