Store Manager - Retail Job

•Oversee all store operations to achieve sales targets, ensure product quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
•Supervise and train staff in sales, customer service, jewelry knowledge, manufacturing processes, and repair standards.
•Participate in the design, manufacturing, and repair of jewelry to ensure products meet technical specifications, customer requirements, and delivery deadlines.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality before delivery to customers.
•Manage inventory levels, and coordinate procurement of precious metals, gemstones, and necessary tools.
• Implement marketing activities, product displays, and promotional programs.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and industry standards for the jewelry sector.

1.Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
2.Experience: At least 5 years of retail or wholesale store experience is required.
3.Language: English

Other skills/conditions:
1.Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, including precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing/repair techniques.
2.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team.
3.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to foster customer loyalty and vendor relationships.
4.Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to seasonal sales demands or urgent repair orders.
6.Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
7.Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak seasons or special events.
