STORE MANAGER - RETAIL Job

We’re seeking a dedicated Store Manager - Retail to oversee daily operations at our retail outlet, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold our standards for quality and brand experience. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, retail acumen, and organizational skills to foster a thriving store environment.

Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Direct and control daily operations
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Manage staff and assign duties
5. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
6. Implement price and credits policies
7. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies
9. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
10. Determine staffing requirements
11. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Conduct performance reviews
12. Supervise office and volunteer staff
13. Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
14. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
15. Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
16. Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies
17. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet performance targets.
18. Monitor inventory levels, order stock timely, and manage loss prevention strategies
19. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
20. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
