Job Description:
Punjab Wireless Ltd is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Store Manager-Retail at 27229 Fraser Hwy Suite 100, Aldergrove, BC, V4W 3P9.
Salary is $44.72/hr and 35hrs/week.
Overtime: 1 and half
Vacation Pay: 4%
Job Description:
Direct and control daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Determine staffing requirements
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Employment Requirements:
Education: Secondary School
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English Required
