Store Manager-retail Job

One B Solutions Inc. at 2955 Gladwin Rd suite 107, Abbotsford, BC is hiring Store Manager for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments, manage staff and assign duties , study market research, trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold , implement price changes and credit policies , develop and implement marketing strategies , plan budgets and authorize expenditure for petty cash and maintenance etc. , resolve customer complaints , determine staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff. Must be computer literate. Minimum education required is secondary school. Completion of college program in business administration would be an asset. Minimum experience of one year as store supervisor is required. Experience at a retail mobile store would be an asset. Language required is English. Salary $41.00/hr., work 30 hours to 40 hours per week. 2 days off per week. Overtime will be paid if any. Send your resume at [email protected]
