The Retail Store Manager position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations or management. The successful candidate must be able to manage daily store operations, supervise and assign duties to staff, plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, procure merchandise, implement marketing strategies, and resolve customer service or supply-related issues. The position also requires strong organizational, communication, leadership, time-management and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, and basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Reader. A basic security clearance is also required.
