Dukkan has openings for a Store Manager (SM) and Operations Manager (OP) in Raleigh, NC.
Store Manager requires two (2) years experience in customer assistance related position. Will manage store. Will hire/fire & designate shifts. Oversee financial trans, and balance drawers. Inventory counts & audits. Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
Operations Manager requires a US Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or Management Info Systems. Will manage HR department & employees. Organize, prioritize daily workloads to meet the requirements of stores & restaurants. Determine salaries & raises. Responsible for communication with management teams, vendors, & customers. Monitor financial performance, prep reports, & set budgets.
