Store Manager Job

a. Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.
b. Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during all business hours.
c. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure products and supplies are always available while minimizing overstock and waste.
d. Place orders for products, materials, and supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
e. Maintain positive and professional relationships with suppliers and vendors.
f. Manage incoming and outgoing financial transactions for the business.
g. Handle routine banking activities for the store, including preparing and making bank deposits, verifying daily cash totals, reconciling cash drawers, and ensuring all funds are properly documented and secured according to company procedures.

Associate's Degree and 2 Years of Experience Required
