Job Duties:
-Plan, direct and maintain the operations of the store.
-Implement and execute marketing strategies
-Observe and improve customer service and respond to customer needs and requests
-Plan and make budgets, authorize sales and other expenditures
-Hiring staff and training the new hire
-Manage staff and assign tasks to respective members
-Conduct market research to gather knowledge about customer requirements.
