Are you passionate about the beauty industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? About U Salon and Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and elevate our salon to new levels of success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage inventory and product orders.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase business growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support budget planning and control.

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 1–3 years of hairstyling experience is required.
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Completion of secondary school.
• A vocational certificate in the hairstyling industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look their best.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
