Store Manager Job

• Manage daily operations including scheduling, production, and sales.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients, ensuring orders are placed on time to avoid stockouts.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Monitor financial performance and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate and cooperate with Driver and Kitchen staff to ensure daily operation.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Knowledge of inventory management and marketing strategies

Terms:
• Salary: $40.90/hour
• 30~40 hours per week
• Full-time, permanent position
• Vacation: 2 Weeks per year or 4%
