Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Store Manager to join us.

Job Duties:

- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor food preparation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales records and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop local marketing initiatives and strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
- Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.

Qualification:

- Minimum one year of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience or a similar role.
- Diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
