Job Duties:
• Plan, oversee, and assess the operations of the store.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Study market research and monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to address the issues.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruit, train, and assign duties to the store staff.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers as needed to acquire goods for resale.
Decide on the goods and services to be offered for sale and establish pricing and credit guidelines.
• Prepare and manage the store budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, special offers, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage store operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
