Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive, community-oriented work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail or convenience store management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
