Mercor is seeking Computer Science PhDs to contribute to a premier project with one of the world’s top AI labs. This role offers $65 - $75/hour and involves providing subject matter expertise in cutting-edge AI projects.
In this position, you will create and review high-quality, challenging problems within your domain of expertise, ensuring real-world applicability and relevance for frontier large language models. You will collaborate asynchronously with a highly qualified team of experts across STEM disciplines.
The project requires 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours and long-term extension. Work is fully remote and flexible.

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science (top US university preferred)
