Job Duties include:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of steel and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Maintain and repair residential, industrial plants and other establishments.

Employment Requirements:
• The positions require an experience of 1 to 2 years in steel stud framing.
• Minimum high school education and good command of the English Language is required.
• Ideal candidates should be accurate, client focused, reliable, team player and have sound judgement.
• The position is physically demanding and requires, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads and good hand-eye co-ordination as well as a combination of sitting, standing and walking.
• The candidate may be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, in noisy places and in strong odours.
The candidate must have steel toe safety boots and hard hat.
Terms of Employment:
The candidates are expected to be available for work for early morning, morning, daytime and weekend shifts. These are full time (30-40 hours per week) and permanent position with a salary of $36.60/Hour.
